  We stand behind every product we sell — all are third-party tested for potency and free of mold, pesticides, and pathogens.

   

  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.                                          

  • Opened products may be returned within 14 days for store credit only — due to the nature of supplements and consumables,

  we cannot resell opened items.                                                                                             

  • Perishable items (fresh frozen kava) are non-refundable.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.                                                                                       

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    Event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person by contacting us prior to the event.       Â
